The pace of regulatory and legislative activity related to climate change has increased exponentially. U.S. EPA is moving forward aggressively with proposed and final rulemakings that will require facilities across the entire national economy to report, obtain permits for, and potentially reduce emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs).
