One of the primary goals in the formation of ALL4 was to create a company with a culture that is very people focused. A consulting company is in the business of "selling" people skills and is only as good as the talents of the people that make up the organization. Therefore it is imperative that we attract, develop, and retain the best people. A primary component of that philosophy is to offer benefits that are clearly better than our competitors. We are extremely proud of the benefits we offer given the size of our organization. In fact, we have found that our benefits package is competitive, or better than, most of the Fortune 500 companies. We are constantly looking for ways that improve our benefits package and also offer other things that don’t even make it on a formal benefits list (such as dry cleaning service, a snack and drink bar, an on-site fitness room, catered company events, etc.).
